As of the date above, Nyktora Group, LLC (operator of Nykto VPN) has received:

  • Zero National Security Letters
  • Zero FISA court orders
  • Zero gag orders or non-disclosure directives
  • Zero subpoenas, court orders, or informal government requests for user data

No Nyktora employee, officer, or agent has been compelled, formally or informally, to keep any such request secret.

Commitment

We commit to updating this page at least once per month. If the statement above changes, or if more than 30 days pass without an update to the date at the top of this page, readers should assume the canary can no longer be relied upon.

Signing

This canary is cryptographically signed with an Ed25519 key. The signed statement, signature block, public key, and verification instructions are published in docs/warrant-canary.md in the Nykto source repository. The public key fingerprint (SHA-256 of the raw 32-byte key) is:
